The location was excellent and stunning, at a short distance from Rethymnon Old Town. We had the double room and it was good sized with a great view. All the staff were excellent, helpful.

Overall the room is absolutely stunning, uniquely decorated and includes a living area and a terrace. The setting is great and stunning, close to the center of old town Rhetymno, and beautiful Rethymno, downtown area...

The common areas were inviting and well-maintained, making it easy for me to relax and enjoy the surroundings. As a senior woman, I appreciated the hotel's accessibility, as it had elevators and ramps that made it convenient for me to move around without any issues.

The only thing I would have asked for to make my vacation even better is if the staff could have been a bit more attentive and understanding towards the needs of senior guests like myself. Sometimes, the children working there seemed a bit overwhelmed and unaware of how to provide the assistance that senior guests might require.
